Free Yourself Now and Set Yourself in Flow
This is not a fancy new trend or technology.
It’s an invitation to return to the fundamentals and truly implement them.
Information overwhelm is today’s norm. When you react instead of acting proactively means you lose control and drown in chaos. You need a systematic solution to process information and stay focused on your goals. You need a Personal Operating System.
With the One System's simple approach of lists and strategic review moments, you can focus on what's most important next, without forgetting any actions, inputs, or deadlines. Think of your mind as a computer. By adding external memory (your operating system), you free up mindspace (your working memory/RAM) to be more present, in flow, and effectively handle what's in front of you.
No matter how many projects you're juggling, it's still you—one human with one “body-mind system” navigating work and life.
One System functions like an external hard-drive that frees your brain from remembering every detail. It helps you have an overview, trade off priorities, and work on “the one most important thing” with peace of mind, knowing everything important is on your radar.
Free your mental space for flow and exploration, and expand your consciousness.
When I started my corporate career in 2008, I quickly became overwhelmed. Within a year, I was promoted multiple times and became the team leader of 18 employees. A daily flood of emails, questions, issues, and requests swamped me, and I found myself working overtime every day with no end in sight. I knew I had to get organized.
I studied the works of Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Stephen Covey, and others to master to-do lists and daily planning. Within a month, I no longer needed overtime and felt immense peace of mind.
In the years that followed, I worked fewer hours than any other team leader in the company while achieving the highest performance ratings and even winning two Best Leader Awards. I realized many colleagues struggled with organization and felt compelled to help.
In 2013, I began writing blogs on the topic and in 2014 I published my first book, “Weg met Stress op Kantoor” (Eliminate Stress in the Office), followed by an online course, “The Stress-Free Work System,” in 2017. In the period that followed I hosted workshops for corporations and startups, helping hundreds of professionals set up their personal operating systems.
As a serial entrepreneur with ADHD, I had no choice but to find a way to manage my workload. Trying to oversee dozens of projects while maintaining relationships with clients, investors, and team members was nearly impossible.
Every time I read a book or took a course on time management—whether by Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, David Allen, or Brian Tracy—I was left wondering, "What now? How do I implement this? How do I integrate this into my workflow?"
After years of testing, I finally developed a system that works: One System. Without hours of reading or thinking about what to do next, I turned my ADHD into a superpower.
I began helping others on similar journeys and noticed patterns that could be easily solved with a few simple steps. This led to the creation of the Checklists—no more bullshit, hours of reading, or long courses with upsells. Just One System that actually works. Now, it’s time for you to experience the benefits as well.
The Outcome Once You’re Using One System?
In words…
In made up numbers…
You know it’s time to get organized. You’ve been putting it off, waiting for a fast and easy solution.
So take action now. Your career, relationships, and health will all benefit.
Give yourself the gift of getting organized today.
We’ve proven this methodology with clients from over 8 different countries and they all got amazing results, regardless of age, gender, nationality or industry. The methodology is based on how the human body and mind process information… these principles are universal for all types of humans and jobs.
All that’s needed is that you understand the English materials, and have basic computer skills.
Think about it like this: whatever work you do, the same principles apply. You want to capture all your valuable ideas and commitments, not forget anything important, you want to prioritize in the smartest possible way and you want to feel peace of mind so you are free to be present in the Now, generate new creative ideas to achieve objectives, tackle challenges and manifest projects.
Floris and Alexander are no structured persons either!
That’s the whole point. Structure is a skill we learned to create more peace of mind and be (much) more productive.
We optimized this program for speed and efficiency. Completing the full setup will take you anywhere between 1 and 4 hours. Then, your daily and weekly zoom out rituals will cost you about 5 to 15 minutes per day. That’s all. This will set you up to systematically be more focused, prioritize better, have an empty mind, and probably gain many hours each week.
Now. Or tomorrow. As soon as you reserve time for it in your agenda.
Immediately after your purchase, you receive an email with the Setup Guide, the Checklists, and the bonus materials.
Many people have told us that this system is similar to the Getting Things Done (GTD) method, but much easier to implement because it is spelled out in detailed step-by-step instructions. It is difficult to say why your previous attempts were not as successful as you hoped for, but one thing is for sure: if you are motivated and have a strong motivation for wanting to improve your situation, you will be able to set up the system and adopt the simple little habits of keeping it up-to-date. Simply gather your discipline, follow the instructions, integrate the system into your way of working as described, and you will find your life and career transformed.
Currently only in English. If you have a specific request for another language, please email us and we’ll see if we can make a translation available.

Floris….?
Yes. The same basic principles apply, because the system is designed to manage information overload - something which every modern human mind is struggling with.

No, we kept it as simple as possible so that really anyone can do it. We recommend using a simple note-taking tool like Notion (free version), or MS OneNote or a word processor like MS Word as your external memory, because of its flexibility and ease of use. By choosing a simple tool, you remain in charge of the process, instead of you having to adjust to how the app was designed.
Simply email us, explain the issue, and we will give you a refund.
Alexander travels a lot as well. He runs Gaianet, his leadership consulting business, and his private life - and keeps track of all related tasks in his One System.
Because the more complex your life becomes, the more you need to think about to be organized, bring all your things, be prepared everywhere you go… the more you will benefit from using an “External Hard-Drive” and the Zoom Out Moments which you will implement with this program.
